Spring Creeks in New Zealand are something very special. The water is very clear, and usually there are prodigious weed beds. Big trout have been known to really stack on the weight due to the plentiful food.

These fish will really test your skill. They are very wary, and have plenty of places to hide themselves in the twinkling of an eye and ridiculously long leaders are sometimes required.
